Before officially joining RHAM, Joy was Vice-President of Emerald Coast Alliance for Breastfeeding Support. Joy earned a Theology Degree from Indiana Fundamental Bible Institute in 1995 and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Pensacola Christian College in 1999. With over 22 years in the medical field, Joy is currently a neonatal intensive care nurse at Sacred Heart Hospital.
Dianne R. Cyrus
Vice Chair and Co-founder
Dianne may not have the conventional academic credentials as the other board members of RHAM; however, in social science, she has a dialectical ability that is defined as intelligibly honorary. She is also the first participant to successfully utilize RHAM’s innovative methodology. As one of the pillars in the essence of RHAM’s mission, she is empirically invaluable. Dianne is currently employed as a Certified Pharmacy Technician.
Joe E. Holmes, M.Ed.
Treasurer
At the heart of our nation’s public schools, are the teachers – the front liners. They know firsthand the daily routine of how we all play an important role in the future of our nation. Joe is one of too few of teachers who can be alternatively defined as “do and teach”. Joe’s 40 years (1974-present) and counting is simple testament.

Pierre F. Robinson, Ph.D.
Secretary, Co-founder and Executive Director
(U.S. Navy, 1984-1992)
Pierre conducted self-supported empirical research from 1994 to 2011. While enrolled at Pensacola State College (formerly Pensacola Junior College – A.A. in Communications, 1994), Pierre discovered a universal gap in social science. He further fine-tuned the discovery while attending the University of West Florida (B.A. in Communications, 2003). During collaboration with RHAM’s board members from 2005 to 2011, Pierre transformed the empirical discovery into scientific nomenclature; subsequently, the research was submitted to the National Institutes of Health (NIH), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. In 2011, NIH conferred the research as Pierre’s Terminal Research Degree.

Richard A. Redmon
Board Member
Ricky has over 20 years of teaching experience. As an artist and teacher, Ricky is our translator. Without his artistic ability to recognize the movement of dialogue, RHAM’s development would have been extremely difficult. What is more representative of Ricky’s unwavering character is his propensity to give people more than they need. Ricky is currently a nurse at an institution for people with mental health issues.

She has a B.S. in Pre-Professional Biology from the University of West Florida, Class of 2015 and a Doctorate from Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine, Class of 2020.
